As an executive search consultant, how does this work for a CEO placement?
When you place a CEO, refer them or the board to myCandr ahead of or during onboarding. Independent organisational intelligence gives your candidate a faster, clearer read on the risks, culture, and blind spots of the organisation they're stepping into: a stronger start for them, and a differentiator for your search. If they become a customer, you earn commission.
How do I apply to become a partner?

No, there are no fees to become a referral partner. It's our way of investing in relationships that help grow our collective business.
How do I submit a referral?
Provide us with the contact information and company name of the person you're referring. Simply email us at partners@mycandr.io and we'll take it from there.
What happens after I submit a referral?
Our partnerships team will reach out to your referral, mentioning your name as the referral source. We'll keep you updated as the lead progresses through the sales cycle. If the referral becomes a customer, you earn a commission.

When do I receive my commissions?
Commissions are paid out within 30 days of your referral's first payment.
What commission rates are offered?
Referral partners earn 30% commission on the first-year contract value when your referral becomes a paying customer. As a founding partner, you'll be locked into our highest tier commission rate.
