myCandr Ltd (“myCandr”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is at 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. We operate the website at mycandr.io.
We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.
What personal data we collect
We collect personal data only when you actively provide it. Depending on which form you use, we may collect:
- Contact form — name, email address, and your message
- Book a demo — name, email address, company name, and any notes you include
- Newsletter sign-up — name and email address
- Beta programme interest — name and email address
- Referral programme application — name, email address, and information about your business
We do not collect any personal data from visitors who simply browse the website.
How we use your data
We use the data you provide to respond to your enquiry or booking request, send you the newsletter you signed up for, process your referral programme application, and keep you informed about our beta programme.
Our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interests for responding to direct enquiries and bookings, and consent for newsletter subscriptions. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Data processors
We use the following third-party services to operate this website. Each acts as a data processor under our instruction:
- Supabase — database and backend infrastructure, used to store booking slots and confirmed bookings. Hosted on Google Cloud in the EU (Belgium).
- Brevo — email service provider, used to send confirmation and notification emails. A French company operating under EU data protection law.
- Vercel — website hosting platform. Certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry and contact data for up to two years. Booking records are retained for up to one year after the booked date. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict how we process your data
- Withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis for processing

This website does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. We may introduce analytics cookies in future and will update this policy and seek your consent before doing so.
